Hospital Resource Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the efficient management of hospital resources, ensuring effective utilization of beds and related assets.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and propose recommendations for flow/bed management issues.
This role requires excellent communication skills, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff and stakeholders across various departments.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate bed allocation and patient flow to maximize resource usage.
- Act as liaison between departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor admissions, transfers, and discharges to optimize bed utilization.
- Develop and implement policies to improve patient flow management.
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders on resource utilization and performance metrics.
