Senior Health and Protection Product Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end product development process.
- Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights on new product developments.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for product differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Manage focus groups with customers to test out new product ideas or gather feedback on existing products.
- Draft and update product specifications and prepare product presentations for evaluation and approval.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to channel inputs into the product proposition and manage deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in health and protection product development.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore health products and regulations.
- Good analytical, detailed, and results-driven skills, with ability to work under tight timelines.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
