Key Responsibilities:
  • Course Administration: Monitor and process course applications, update course information, and prepare documentation for trainer commissioning.
  • Logistics Management: Arrange logistics to ensure the smooth running of programmes, plan and recommend manpower, and brief and organize on-site operations.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and running of programmes, and attend to queries from public and students.
  • Post-Training Administration: Supervise and monitor team members to complete post-training activities, update course databases, and ensure completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • A recognized Master's Degree or Degree in Education, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
