JOBER PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Programme Supervisor to join our team. As a Programme Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of course administrators to ensure the smooth operation of our programmes.
Key Responsibilities:- Course Administration: Monitor and process course applications, update course information, and prepare documentation for trainer commissioning.
- Logistics Management: Arrange logistics to ensure the smooth running of programmes, plan and recommend manpower, and brief and organize on-site operations.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and running of programmes, and attend to queries from public and students.
- Post-Training Administration: Supervise and monitor team members to complete post-training activities, update course databases, and ensure completion of tasks.
