Job Title:
Manufacturing Specialist

Job Description:
As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment and processes. Your primary responsibility will be to provide engineering support to manufacturing teams, focusing on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment.

Your duties will include identifying and rectifying process problems to improve quality and reduce scrap, as well as updating and controlling spare parts inventory. You will also be responsible for installing and qualifying new processes and equipment, supporting new program/model start-ups, and minimizing machine downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the manufacturing industry is required, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to perform shift work is also essential.
