**Job Summary**:

- Accountable for improving the effectiveness of manufacturing processes, driving improvements in safety, quality and productivity in production operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to resolve any issue that impact to production operation, as well as working with production shift lead on improvement efforts for day-to-day operations

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate, coordinate and enforce the adherence to standard operating procedures, conduct production internal audit on regular basis.
- To improve and simplify production procedures through a firm understanding of product specifications and manufacturing processes.
- Be the point of contact for all production documentation needs.
Perform or assist in GMP document authoring and revision.
Develops procedures for operational processes in order to ensure optimization and compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Execute / Manage and coordinate Change Request for production and support any engineering and validation projects.
- Provide support in TrackWise administration, records or documents in response to any non-conformances, audit finding and manufacturing investigation due to customer complaints.
- Administrative work for new associate and manage training curriculum to ensure new associate is appropriately trained and certified.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor to support business needs.
- Participate in monthly safety meeting and promote a safe work environment

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years manufacturing experiences
Familiar with GDP & GMP
