Job Title:

Manufacturing Specialist

Description:

The Manufacturing Specialist will be responsible for operating production equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality of safety features such as machine guarding and interlocks.

Additionally, the Manufacturing Specialist will report any safety feature malfunctions or alterations to their direct supervisor immediately. They will also comply with all company regulations and job assignments.

The Manufacturing Specialist will work closely with colleagues to maintain a high level of productivity and quality in the production environment. This may involve working long hours using microscopes for defect inspection.

Requirements:

  • Ability to operate complex machinery safely and efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve mechanical issues promptly
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality products

Benefits:

  • Basic salary: Operator ($1600), Line Leader (up to $2500)
  • Quarterly incentives: $100-$300
  • Permanent night shift allowance: $15/shift
