Job Title: Technical Solutions Expert

As a key technical professional, you will drive high-quality results through expert analytical techniques, testing methodologies, and problem-solving approaches.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and support to engineers and technicians ensuring best-in-class outcomes.
  • Testing Capabilities: Develop and enhance testing capabilities to meet customer requirements, ensuring rapid turnaround times and accurate results.
  • Liaison Role: Serve as a technical liaison during ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation processes, customer audits, and proficiency testing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance lab efficiency, workflow effectiveness, and service quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to provide technical consultation, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure engineering integrity.
  • Training and Mentorship: Support training and mentorship of junior engineers and technicians to build internal technical capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electronic or any other relevant engineering disciplines.
  • 3-5 years of experience in metallurgical evaluation, mechanical/materials testing, and welding-related applications.
  • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
  • Proven expertise in hands-on engineering activities and analytical methods.
  • Strong knowledge of ASME, AWS, ASTM, and ISO standards related to materials and welding is an added advantage.
