Property Manager (Industrial)
Our company seeks an accomplished Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of the property management team, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of assigned properties.
- Strategic planning and execution of property management best practices across our portfolio;
- Responsible for proposing and executing identified asset enhancement initiatives and improvement works in accordance with approved budget and timeline;
Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including but not limited to:
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs;
- Overseeing service providers' Key Performance Indicators and ensuring fulfillment of contract requirements;
- Managing the procurement procedure of service contracts, goods and services;
- Preparing and reviewing property management reports;
- Monitoring and controlling operating and capital expenses without compromising efficiency and quality.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Building, Real Estate Management, Facilities, Engineering, or a related field, as well as 8-10 years of experience managing a portfolio of properties, including business parks, industrial and commercial buildings.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field;
- Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance systems and equipment;
- Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) or Green Mark Facility Manager;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
