BOS Trustee Limited, a trust company owned by Bank of Singapore, provides trust administration services. The incumbent will support the business in trust administration activities, working closely with the trust company to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Job DescriptionThis role involves assisting the trust company in client account administration maintenance matters for trusts. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing bank account opening documents and updating forms, liaising with bank counterparties as necessary;
- Updating authorised signatories of bank accounts;
- Preparing trust-related documentation as required;
- Updating records in the trust system;
- Maintaining accurate records and trackers of trust information.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing onboarding documentation to ensure completeness and adherence to policy requirements. This includes conducting name screening and completing new business checklists.
In addition, this role requires handling and coordinating ad hoc projects as needed, maintaining relevant spreadsheets to track progress. The incumbent will assist with filing and records management, archiving, and office general matters such as directing telephone calls and filing/mail activities.
Qualifications and SkillsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum diploma or degree qualification;
- 1-3 years of working experience (preferred);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel;
- Team player skills;
- Meticulous attention to detail.

Estimated Salary Range: SGD 40,000 - SGD 60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
