Job Responsibilities

As a Cards Technology Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership in designing cards solutions for strategic projects and building application systems globally. You will work closely with business users and functional analysts to analyze requirements, perform impact analysis, and refine business requirements for change requests.

  • Translate requirement insights into user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
  • Understand and contribute to technical solutions from design through to code level
  • Explore possibilities to reuse or enhance existing solutions to meet business requirements
  • Ensure cross-functional analysis is carried out by tapping into collective knowledge of Business Analysis practice and other technology teams
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, with a minimum of 15 years of technology experience and at least 8 years of System Analyst capacity in the cards application domain on a mainframe platform.

  • Strong technical/platform knowledge on CardLink / VisionPlus, mainframe (CICS / Cobol), and distributed platforms
  • Good functional knowledge of cards to design and develop effective/efficient solutions in meeting business requirements
  • Experience with large-scale cards migration on Cardlink or cryptography will be advantageous
