**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Workplace Services team in Singapore.

  • Organisational Planning and Reporting: Develop and implement organisational planning strategies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the management of all Prudential's Workplace (Offices) in Singapore, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources.
  • Transactional (Lease) Management: Negotiate and execute leases, managing transactions from project initiation to final execution.
  • Project Initiation & Discovery: Coordinate space sharing among internal and external users, improving workplace design and efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of user business requirements.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Establishing and managing clear lines of engagement with business stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Real Estate or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in the real estate industry, with at least 5 years in a senior position.
  • Astute negotiation skills, with experience handling leases and contracts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to deal with people at all levels.
