Urban Cycle Ambassador

We are seeking an enthusiastic Urban Cycle Ambassador to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our bicycle system.
Your primary responsibility will be to patrol designated areas, ensuring bike conditions are satisfactory and parking compliance is met. This includes reporting any damaged or missing bikes through our system and submitting daily reports via our app or form.
You will also be required to perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by our Operations Manager, utilizing your analytical skills and attention to detail to support the smooth operation of our services.
This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are passionate about promoting sustainable transportation solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Familiarity with Singapore geography
- Able to walk or ride a bike for extended periods
- Responsible and observant
- Basic smartphone usage skills
- Experience in fieldwork or outdoor tasks preferred
- Flexible outdoor work environment
