Network Engineering is a high-impact role that requires an individual to drive the design, development and delivery of innovative network solutions.

We are seeking a talented Network Engineer to join our team, where you will be responsible for leading the technical aspect of sales opportunities involving Cisco, Alcatel and F5 network products and solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert technical pre-sales support for sales teams
  • Early engagement with customers in selling network solutions – RFQ & tender
  • Understanding and gathering customer requirements and offering complete and cost-effective solutions
  • Preparing solution writeups, bill of materials and engaging Service Delivery teams for professional effort
  • Ensuring the completeness of technical terms and conditions
  • Conducting/leading technical presentations and clarifications
  • Identifying project risks (technical & execution) and providing mitigation measures
  • Integrating network solutions with support from other competency presales solutions consultants
  • Upon contract award, conducting transition/handover and briefing to project implementation teams on overall solution and design
  • Keeping abreast of product technology and certifications
  • Keeping updated of the latest technology and developing technical capability slides

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma/Degree in IT-related fields
  • At least 5-yrs experience in infrastructure/network presales
  • Network Certified – CCNP/CCIE preferred
  • Good knowledge in virtualization and cloud (IaaS) technology
  • Customer service-oriented, good team player, technically inclined
  • Must be effective in working both independently and in a team setting
