The ideal candidate will have proven experience in network deployment and support, with a strong focus on Cisco technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, deploy and implement Cisco network solutions and Fortinet firewalls, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Provide Level 2/3 network support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues across LAN, WAN, and WiFi environments.
  • Optimize network performance, apply patches, and conduct firmware upgrades.
  • Assist with Fortinet firewall deployments, security rule configuration, and best practices.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver network projects on time.
  • Maintain detailed network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures in line with industry best practices.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in network deployment & support, with a strong focus on Cisco technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls (Catalyst, Nexus, ASA, etc.).
  • Experience with Fortinet firewall deployments (FortiGate, FortiManager) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, QoS).
  • Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in BAU operations.

Preferred Certifications:

  • CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) mandatory.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools and ITIL best practices.
