Job Title: Network Solutions Expert

Are you a technical expert looking for a challenging role in network solutions? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to join our team as a Network Solutions Expert.

As a Network Solutions Expert, you will play a crucial role in providing expert technical pre-sales support for opportunities involving Cisco, Aruba, Palo, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Beyond Trust, and Efficient IP network products and solutions. You will be responsible for early engagement with customers, understanding their requirements, and offering complete and cost-effective solutions. Your expertise in technical presentation, project risk management, and integration of network solutions will be valuable assets to our team.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in IT-related fields, minimum diploma/degree, and at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure/network presales. Your certifications such as CCNP/CCIE and Aruba Certification will be highly valued. Additionally, your knowledge of virtualization and cloud (IaaS) technology, customer service orientation, teamwork, and ability to work independently will make you an excellent fit for this role.

In this role, you will also be responsible for keeping abreast of product technology and certifications, developing technical capability slides, conducting in-house technology sharing, and performing other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT-related fields
  • At least 5 years in infrastructure/network presales experiences
  • Network Certified – CCNP/CCIE , Aruba Certification preferred
  • Good knowledge in virtualization and cloud (IaaS) technology
  • Customer service oriented, good team player, technically inclined
