The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting academic programs and student success. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating examination administration, assessments, and grading processes;
- Processing examination marks, ensuring timely and accurate recording and reporting of results;
- Monitoring student progress and performance, providing guidance and support as needed;
- Implementing strategies to enhance academic program quality and relevance;
We seek a highly organized individual with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in academic administration or program management roles are required.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office suites, including Excel and Word. Experience in exam marks processing and familiarity with relevant software systems are highly desirable.
