Key Responsibilities:


    Lead proactive management of information security and privacy to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize risks.


    Provide strategic direction on technology risk and security, driving the development and implementation of IT security policies and solutions.


    Ensure secure software development practices and change management processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.


    Plan and manage security incident responses and investigations, maintaining transparency and stakeholder confidence throughout the process.


    Oversee the global adoption of cybersecurity and privacy controls, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational objectives.


    Act as the primary point of contact for information security and privacy matters, providing expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders and external partners.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


    Extensive experience in IT security architecture, policy, and procedure development, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.


    Demonstrated leadership with strong decision-making abilities, driving strategic initiatives and collaborations to achieve organizational goals.


    Knowledge of software development life cycle security and asset management, with a focus on identifying and mitigating security risks.


    Proven track record in incident response management and cybersecurity investigations, with a commitment to transparency and stakeholder confidence.


    Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts and strategies.


    Proficiency in current and emerging security trends, with a focus on staying ahead of evolving threats and risks.


    Familiarity with Singapore regulatory IT security requirements, including MAS TRM and Cyber Hygiene notice.


    Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field, with preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, and GIAC.

    Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a creative mindset, driving innovative solutions to complex security challenges.
