Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Real Estate Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing facilities planning and operations, including capacity projection and space allocation, asset inventory management, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic space planning to efficiently manage our Real Estate portfolio
  • Oversee facilities management of 4+ offices remotely, including supervision and coordination of moving staff, reconfiguring offices and cubicles, office repairs, and equipment moves
  • Establish and administer policies and procedures for events and coordinate activities and events with other departments
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA/EH&S regulations and implement safety and emergency preparedness policies and procedures
  • Manage procurement, maintenance, and upgrades of furniture, electrical, audio/visual, cabling, janitorial, plumbing, utilities, and HVAC, security systems, and signage for the overall facility
  • Develop and manage functional budgets and metrics, and provide regular reports as required
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, setting clear goals, developing individual capabilities, and providing quarterly and year-end feedback

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in facilities or property management or at a medium or large facility (ideally in excess of 50,000 square feet) strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management preferred
