Job Title: Retail Team Lead Trainee
About the Role:This is a mid-senior level retail role that requires strong leadership skills and ability to multitask effectively. As a Retail Team Lead Trainee, you will be responsible for developing operations plans, leading and managing team members, and providing constructive feedback.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute operations plans for your team
- Lead and manage team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and update duty rosters in our Time Management System
- Coach and train team members on system usage and product knowledge
- Conduct daily briefings and ensure effective communication among team members
- Manage inventory and stock levels, and implement procedures to minimize losses
- Work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and attend meetings as required
- Pleasant and professional personality with a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
