Event Coordinator Role

This role involves planning and executing events on a global scale, with a focus on logistical management and coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex projects and working effectively across different time zones.

  • Lead the planning and execution of events, including venue sourcing, budget management, and vendor coordination.
  • Develop and maintain detailed run of shows, staffing plans, and logistics documentation.
  • Manage relationships with global and local stakeholders to ensure timely communication and alignment of messaging, content, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor experiences for local audiences while maintaining global consistency.
  • Own and manage event timelines and project plans, track milestones and coordinate inputs from global and local stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

  • Plan and execute large-scale events, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective event strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide excellent customer service to attendees, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
