Job Title:

A Flavor Development Specialist plays a vital role in the creation of innovative flavor profiles for various food products.

  • This position requires a highly skilled individual with expertise in flavor chemistry and experience working in a laboratory setting.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new flavor samples based on customer briefs and application needs.
  2. Maintain accurate formula records and documentation in our database software.
  3. Manage the inventory of raw materials in the Laboratory to ensure optimal productivity.
  4. Evaluate flavors in food products and provide actionable feedback to support effective application processes.

Main Requirements:

  • NITEC or Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or relevant fields is required.
  • A minimum of 1-5 years of experience working in a laboratory environment is preferred.
