Job Title:

The Director of Enrollment Management oversees student applications, mentor matching, and onboarding processes. As a key member of our team, you will lead enrollment specialists and interviewers, develop systems to enhance student conversions, and manage scholarship provisions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of enrollment specialists and interviewers
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve onboarding processes and student conversions
  • Maintain effective communication with PhD candidates and students from diverse backgrounds
  • Manage scholarship provisions for students through our non-profit foundation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent operational skills and attention to detail
  • 1-3 years of experience in a high-intensity startup, consulting, finance, or law firm environment
  • Passion for education and international exposure
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
