Asset Management Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable real estate company in Singapore as an Asset Management Executive, driving the performance and value enhancement of retail and/or commercial properties.

You will be responsible for executing asset strategies for the retail and/or commercial properties under your care, focusing on optimising income, enhancing asset value, and ensuring long-term competitiveness in the market.

Key responsibilities include overseeing and driving key performance indicators across leasing, occupancy, rental reversion, tenant retention, and capital value enhancement.

You will collaborate with leasing, legal, and operations teams to maintain optimal tenant mix and commercial performance, while also being involved in strategic planning and execution of asset enhancement initiatives, repositioning projects, and capital improvement programs.

As part of a functional team that drives leasing, marketing, digital transformation, sustainability, and operational excellence, you will ensure alignment with corporate objectives and ESG standards.

Financial budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting are crucial aspects of this role, with accountability for income growth, cost efficiency, and capital expenditure outcomes.

Market research and competitive analysis will also be essential in proactively identifying emerging risks and opportunities, informing portfolio strategy and investment decision-making.


Job Requirements:


A Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in asset management, preferably managing retail and commercial real estate in Singapore.

Strong financial and analytical skills are necessary, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation.
