Drive Property Performance

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive the performance and value enhancement of retail and/or commercial properties in Singapore.

  • Oversee and execute key performance indicators across leasing, occupancy, rental reversion, tenant retention, and capital value enhancement.
  • Be involved in strategic planning and execution of asset enhancement initiatives, repositioning projects, and capital improvement programs, aligning with market trends and asset lifecycle goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You possess a Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in asset management, with a strong track record in managing retail and commercial real estate in Singapore.

You also possess strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation.
