Our team is seeking an experienced Geriatric Care Specialist to provide exceptional care and support to our elderly residents.

  • Provide individualized nursing care to meet the unique needs of geriatric patients, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop engaging activities to enhance the quality of life for senior residents, promoting mental stimulation, social interaction, and a sense of purpose.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Individual Care Plans, ensuring timely updates and documentation to optimize resident outcomes.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and grooming, to promote independence and dignity.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and volunteers to foster a culture of excellence in elderly care, sharing best practices and expertise to drive continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of GCE O Level or equivalent qualification, demonstrating your ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in geriatric care, showcasing your passion for delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
  • An ITE Certificate in Home Care or related healthcare certificate, highlighting your commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues alike.
  • A compassionate disposition towards caring for the elderly, driving your motivation to deliver exceptional care and support.

This role requires a flexible work schedule, covering 6 days a week. The location is Singapore.
