Directly supervise and train team members in accordance with service standards in banquet operations, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Coordinate Event Set-up and Services

Directly communicate and oversee the actual set-up and services, providing clear instructions and supervising servers to ensure timely and successful events, such as Chinese weddings.

Provide Excellent Guest Engagement

Requirements
