Job Title: Maritime Registrar


Overview

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves managing the registration of vessels. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients.


Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit documents for vessel registration, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate and coordinate with ship owners, ship managers, lawyers, banks, and financial institutions to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date registration records, utilizing database management skills.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling and file management.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding vessel registration processes in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in maritime business or business administration, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in an administrative role, with preference given to those with maritime industry experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management software.
