About the RoleThe role of a hospitality management trainee is to assist in the efficient running and profitability of a restaurant or hotel. This involves managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in achieving targeted sales and profits while maintaining operational and service standards.
- Improve the organization's market share and positioning by enhancing operational efficiency and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other software applications used in hospitality management.
