Job Title: SCE Deal Negotiator

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly skilled Deal Negotiator to join our Strategic Customer Engagements (SCE) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in engaging with AWS customers on strategic opportunities, driving growth, and establishing AWS as the customers' key cloud technology provider.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with customers on commercial and contractual terms.
  • Closely commercial transactions, brief senior management, and coordinate internal and customer stakeholders.
  • Facilitate alignment and effective AWS communication, inspiring and influencing internal stakeholders, experts, and other indirect resources to remove obstacles and resolve conflicts.
  • Execute deal and competitive structures, maximizing the value of opportunities consistent with AWS objectives and requirements.
  • Advise and provide thought leadership on the execution of competitive commercial, channel, and partner deal opportunities.
  • Provide expertise on deal structuring and advise key stakeholders on the impact of deal terms, offering creative solutions to the customer, the AWS sales field, and leadership.
Requirements:
  • Sales and leadership experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close commercial transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of AWS services and products.
