The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the front desk, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and support.
- Plan and coordinate daily activities to maintain efficiency and productivity at the front desk.
- Supervise and assist staff in resolving guest complaints and requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures, room sales, and other relevant data.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
- Ensure that all guests receive personalized attention and are treated with respect and dignity.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
