Job Description

This role involves providing technical expertise to sales teams, understanding customer needs and transforming them into optimal solutions.

The CSE Engineer is responsible for collaborating with sales teams, planning solutions, estimating costs, and creating specifications. They must ensure clarity on the solution's scope, including KONE and possible third-party offerings, and participate in customer meetings and answer technical questions when needed.

The key tasks include finding optimal technical solutions to meet customer needs, selecting the correct product platform, and ensuring that the proposed solution can be installed and its cost and work effort impact are part of the solution's costing.

They must also ensure that the proposed solution fulfils the customer's product lifecycle needs, identifies possible deviations from standard maintenance methods, and ensures alignment with environmental regulations and compliance with engineering policy.

Key skills required include collaboration, problem-solving, and communication. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical requirements and be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
