Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage with walk-in customers to showcase health supplements and provide expert advice on usage and benefits.
  • Explain product features and ingredients in a clear, friendly manner.
  • Offer personalized recommendations based on customers' needs.
  • Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-stocked product display in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent qualification; background in nutrition, health, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for health and wellness essential.
