Customer Service Representative

We are on a mission to enhance client experience through interactive workshops and consultancy services in living a healthy lifestyle. As a key member of our team, you will identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Develop strong relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
  • Follow up with sales leads to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage incoming enquiries via internal systems or walk-in clients.

You will provide accurate information by using the right methods/tools, handle client complaints, and keep records of customer interactions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage customers, adapt to different types of characters, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements
  • Proven client support experience with minimum 1 year experience.
  • A track record of achieving KPIs.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
