Job Title: Patient Service Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Patient Service Associate. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families.

As a Patient Service Associate, you will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. This includes handling registrations, appointments, and other administrative tasks.

You will also provide support to our doctors and nurses by assisting with patient care and attending to any requests or enquiries.

In addition, you will be responsible for collecting payments and performing basic administrative duties.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and has excellent communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any studies
  • The ability to commit to a 1-year contract
  • The willingness to walk and stand for long periods
  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
