Patient Service Associate

Join us as a Patient Service Associate (PSA) at our Precision and Preventive Health Centre (PPHC) @ AMKSC, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional healthcare experiences. In this dynamic position, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, managing appointments, handling registrations, and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout their visit. Your responsibilities will include both front-counter operations and consultation room support, where you'll assist healthcare providers by performing basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and providing translation services when needed.
We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with a basic diploma and strong interpersonal skills. Experience in healthcare administration is advantageous, and proficiency in NGEMR, National Billing System, and Microsoft Office applications is essential. You should have excellent communication skills in both English and your mother tongue, as you'll be interacting with diverse groups of patients and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, demonstrate strong organisational abilities, and be comfortable handling administrative tasks including billing and record management. Weekend work may occasionally be required.
