Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Patient Service Associate at our healthcare institution in Singapore.

  • Assist and respond to visitors' enquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Promote and educate patients on the use of mobile applications and self-help functions, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Coordinate programs, liaise with vendors, plan logistics, and schedules, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Provide patient care services such as measurement of height, weight, and blood pressure, maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Manage patients' general enquiries and screen patients' general condition, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Offer administrative support as needed, contributing to the smooth running of the facility.
  • Facilitate frontline operations, assist patient registration, bookings of appointments, and billing duties, working efficiently.
