Job Description

The role of a Senior Construction Project Manager entails overseeing the execution and delivery of data center construction projects, with a specialization in Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems. This involves managing ACMV projects from initiation to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and budgets.
  • Monitor progress to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with senior management for deadline alignment.
  • Track and report project progress, resolving issues proactively.
  • Supervise site workers to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to resolve design or execution challenges.
  • Maintain compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
