Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ACMV projects in data center environments, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to handover.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements, aligning with strategic goals.
Technical Skills
  • Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with senior management and internal teams to ensure alignment with deadlines and milestones.
Soft Skills
  • Lead on-site operations, managing subcontractors, vendors, and clients effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering open communication and trust.
Project Management
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact timelines, costs, or quality.
  • Implement contingency plans as needed, ensuring business continuity.
Safety Compliance
  • Enforce adherence to site safety protocols, leading safety briefings and conducting routine assessments.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, addressing any technical or quality issues immediately.
Continuous Improvement
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly site reports, tracking deviations from project plans.
  • Recommend corrective actions, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
