We are seeking an experienced Property Officer to join our team at ERIC ONG & ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Building/Condominiums, ensuring all contract work and routine services are carried out according to their contract agreements.

  • Supervise project work in common areas and schedule testing work with technician personnel for relevant building certificates and license renewal.
  • Manage and maintain all upkeep activities of the site/estate.
  • Receive and attend to complaints by residents and owners on the common property.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and be able to prepare for council meetings and general meetings, including management reports and follow-up instructions.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of relevant working experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Higher NITEC in Facilities Management and/or Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
  • Mature and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
