">Job Title: Chief Technology Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead the conceptualization and design of technical architectures for projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT strategies.

About the Role:

  • Design and implement comprehensive technical architectures that meet business objectives and IT requirements.
  • Evaluate and select suitable technologies and vendors for proposed solutions, guaranteeing seamless integration and scalability.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure technical solutions adhere to enterprise architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for proposed solution architectures, facilitating effective communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to drive the solution architecture process and secure approvals, leveraging strong interpersonal skills and technical acumen.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve solution designs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, coupled with at least 10 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably with a proven track record in solution architecture roles.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture roles, with a deep understanding of system and project implementation lifecycles within a banking context, including knowledge of system integration patterns, enterprise architecture, microservices architecture, cloud computing services, and system/network infrastructure.
  • Comprehensive understanding of banking technologies, systems, industry developments, and trends, including familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and programming languages like Java and/or .NET.
  • Functional and operational knowledge in at least one of the following domains: Payments, Customer onboarding and Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Digital workflow, Data warehouse and analytics.
  • Relevant certifications in TOGAF and cloud solution architecture or similar are highly desirable, indicating a commitment to professional development and staying abreast of industry best practices.
