As a highly skilled and innovative Architectural Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the built environment of Singapore. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with senior designers and project teams to create conceptual designs, presentations, and production plans that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to compile data and perform design computations.
  • Work closely with senior designers to develop conceptual designs, presentations, and production plans.
  • Apply creative design concepts to projects and expand on existing ideas.
  • Participate in project proposals to develop design solutions and enhance client relationships.
  • Understand industry standard construction techniques, building regulations, and engineering principles to apply to project plans.
  • Support design effort and client presentations to develop strong client relationships.
  • Develop, modify, and/or review drawings to incorporate design intent and meet client requirements.
  • Produce high-quality graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and implementation documents.
  • Collaborate with project teams to manage client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination.

This role requires strong presentation skills, graphic, and visualization skills to communicate design ideas effectively. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field and relevant experience in architectural software, such as Revit, and MS Office Suite.

Requirements:
  • Accredited professional degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Architectural registration preferred.
  • Typically 0-5 years of experience.
  • Sustainable design accreditation preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign graphic software preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and integrated design guidelines preferred.
  • Experience with the entire project lifecycle, through post-occupancy preferred.
  • Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes.
  • Strong presentation skills and graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new client relationships.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to problem solve and apply innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
