Private Cloud Development Architect

Overview

We are seeking a visionary architect to design and drive the next generation of our intelligent private cloud platform.

This is a highly strategic role where you will lead the end-to-end architecture, focusing on OpenStack technologies while integrating Kubernetes, hybrid cloud, and emerging innovations.


What You'll Do
  • Architecture & Technical Leadership: Lead the design of robust private cloud architectures with scalability, performance, and high availability at the core.
  • Provide technical leadership, guiding teams through complex design decisions and reviews.
  • Architect and optimize OpenStack solutions (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone, Glance).
  • Implement and manage Kubernetes-based container orchestration systems.
  • Develop solutions for dynamic scheduling and elastic resource scaling.
  • Research hybrid cloud, serverless, and AI-integrated cloud solutions to keep our platform ahead of the curve.
  • Share strategic technical insights to spark team innovation and strengthen competitive edge.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years in cloud architecture with proven expertise in OpenStack and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenStack core modules (Nova, Glance, Keystone, Neutron) and large-scale cloud deployments.
  • Strong knowledge of major public clouds (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud) and hybrid cloud setups.
  • Skilled with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Zabbix).
  • Excellent communication skills; able to lead technical discussions and influence stakeholders.
  • Contributions to OpenStack/Kubernetes open-source communities a strong plus.
