About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to join our team and leverage their expertise in policy development, process improvement, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, including benefits, compensation, payroll, HRIS, and compliance, as well as a high-level understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR compliance policies and procedures
  • Develop and deliver training programs related to HR policy, procedures, and compliance initiatives
  • Evaluate policies and programs for compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Partner with leadership and/or HR to design and communicate policies and procedures
Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in policy and process development and Human Resources Compliance programs. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with practical experience in companies with an international presence, is also required. Understanding of international laws and regulations is a plus.
