Job Description:
The successful candidate will oversee the management of the FECOS NPI teams, ensuring that they support NPI production operation execution, focusing on pilot line management to meet commitments. The role involves leading the development, standardization, benchmarking, and continuous improvement for NPI metrics, business processes, and BKMs for the FE SIC network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Govern FE NPI operation ground rules and Fab disciplines and ensure Fabs are meeting audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with Area/Shift Production, Engineering, and IE to continually improve NPI metrics (wafer starts, wafer out, samples delivery, cycle time).
  • Participate in the WW SIC forums, facilitate NPI network meetings, and sustain/audit existing BKMs and business processes in the network.
  • Develop manufacturing science concepts for NPI line management and NPI inventory scheduling.
  • Manage, measure, and monitor projects to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.


Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field of study or equivalent experience.
Intermediate knowledge of the 300mm semiconductor manufacturing process is preferred.
1-2 years of experience in Inventory Control/Production Planning/Line Management.
Demonstrated components of effective leadership in interactions.
Depth of understanding and ability to manage worldwide business processes.
