The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for working directly with customers to guide them through their business journey with our solutions. This includes increasing customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, references, and upsells for Cloud products within their assigned solution portfolio.
">Key Responsibilities">- Work with customers to understand their business needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and retention, and implement strategies to achieve those goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and credibility.
- Monitor customer health and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns.
- 2-3 years of experience supporting customers and driving business transformation, ideally in consulting or sales.
- Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a focus on relationship-building and account management.
- Strong understanding of business process management and automation applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
