As a Customer Success Executive at Pigeonhole Live, we will be entrusting you to work closely with our customers to maximise the value of their annual Pigeonhole Live subscriptions, at their meetings and events. Using the tech-touch/high volume model, you will engage with our customers globally to ensure that the organisers have everything they need to implement Pigeonhole Live successfully at their next meeting or event. With the customer-first mindset, we strive to collaborate with our customers to achieve their strategic business goals with Pigeonhole Live and earn their trust to keep working and growing with them.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Empathise with every aspect of the customer experience and always put our customers' needs first
- Become a product expert of Pigeonhole Live and develop a deep knowledge of how to use Pigeonhole Live in achieving end objectives of audience engagement across various event/meeting types
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty
- Identify common customer challenges and actively work with internal teams to propose better solutions
- Monitor, interpret and learn customer data
- Identify risks/red flags across a large segment of customers and work with at risk customers to improve their usage
- Work with SDR to surface expansion opportunities
- Develop and manage various campaigns to engage customers
- Coach customers to be product experts on Pigeonhole Live's best practices using webinars
- Work with marketing team to create/adapt/refine existing customer education resources
- Ensure client satisfaction, success and retention.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years relevant work experience in customer success or account management
- You are enthusiastic, ethical, positive, competitive, and driven to achieve goals
- You are articulate and poised with clear and concise spoken and written communication in English
- You are comfortable with hosting a webinar and video recording
- You take an active interest in opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
- You are interested in interpreting and actioning on customer’s data
- You are a self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
- You are flexible, adaptive, and resilient
- Bachelor's degree required
