As a customer service representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail and corporate rentals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and accurate information to external customers.
- Activating replacement cars for insured customers and following up on due dates for returns.
- Processing rental workflows through Fleetnetics accurately.
- Ensuring accurate processing of driver particulars to respective authorities for summons.
- Preparing quotations and processing monthly renewals for corporate accounts.
- Handling technical or breakdown issues such as vehicle inability to start or accidents.
- Handling cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
- Working with operations to maximize fleet utilization.
- Establishing professional communication with external customers.
- Maintaining a tidy reception area to create a welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- No prior experience is necessary.
- A candidate must possess at least an N Level or Diploma in any field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, presentability, patience, and excellent customer service skills.
- Good command of English and Mandarin to liaise with colleagues.
- Preferably with a valid driving license.
- Flexible work schedule including 5.5 days per week.
- Ability to start work within short notice.
- Priority will be given to Singaporeans.
