Role Summary:

The Reception and Administration Manager will provide administrative support to the Admin Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the reception area. This includes attending to incoming calls, managing the auto-gate intercom and public address system, and maintaining a good filing system and records.

The successful candidate will also handle admission, discharge, booking, and coordination of transport for residents, arrange financial counselling, and ensure that residents' records are updated and properly maintained. Other key responsibilities include generating receipts upon receiving payment, preparing day-end reports, updating E-bed status in IRMS, coordinating and emailing prescriptions to Polyclinics, and coordinating with family members for subsidy application and social reports.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be responsible for managing the reception area, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to the Admin Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
