Job Role: Primary Reception and Administration Staff

We are seeking a friendly and efficient individual to join our team as a Primary Reception and Administration Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the General Office counter, attending to walk-ins and phone calls, addressing stakeholders' queries, and providing basic first aid for pupils with minor injuries.

Main Duties:
  • Manage the General Office Counter: Welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and address stakeholders' queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage Incoming and Outgoing Mail: Collect, sort, and distribute mail and packages efficiently.
  • Track and Replenish First-Aid Items: Monitor stock levels and maintain a sufficient supply of first-aid equipment in the General Office.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Tidiness: Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized at all times.

Working Hours and Location:
The successful candidate will work on Mondays to Thursdays from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break) and Fridays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break). The role does not involve working on Saturdays, Sundays, or gazetted public holidays.
