Job Description
Crypto Trading Operation Support
As a Strategic Crypto Market Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our delta-one trading operation, ensuring risk protocols are properly enforced. This includes performing ad-hoc scripting upon trading desk's request, optimizing strategy parameters based on market conditions and/or trading desk's requirements, and managing research and analytic projects to contribute to our automated crypto trading business.
Responsibilities
- Support delta-one trading operation and ensure risk protocols are properly enforced
- Perform ad-hoc scripting (Python) upon trading desk's request
- Optimize strategy parameters for a variety of strategies based on market conditions and/or trading desk's requirements
- Manage research and analytic projects to contribute to our automated crypto trading business including flow, liquidity and other strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in the crypto industry
- Programming experience in Python/JAVA/C++ and familiarity with working in LINUX environment
- Energetic individual with desire to push the research in new and unknown directions while maintaining clarity of purpose and taking ownership of strategies and risks
- Strong mathematical thinking and numerical analysis skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail and excellent organization skills
